This Aboriginal family-owned and operated enterprise features an art gallery, gift shop, and indigenous cultural activities. Entrance to the gallery and gift shop is free, while activities require advance booking and attract charges. You can view their range of activities on their website.

Maalinup showcases original framed and unframed works by predominantly local Aboriginal artists. The gift shop offers a stunning array of handpainted glassware, ceramics, and woodware by local Aboriginal artists.

Specializing in bush tucker, Maalinup stocks an extensive range of Australian native herbs, spices, peppers, sauces, chutneys, and jams made with Australian native foods. Free tastings are always available. Visitors can explore the bush tucker garden and feed the emus. Check out the bush tucker talk and tastings on their website.

Additionally, Maalinup offers authentic returning boomerangs and clapsticks made locally.

Located in the Swan Valley, Western Australia’s oldest wine-producing region, Maalinup is a gem just 35 minutes from the Perth Central Business District. Nestled amongst the vineyards and various other attractions, Maalinup has been delighting visitors since 1999.
