Garden Wander & Afternoon Tea: A Guided Farm Experience

Garden Wander & Afternoon Tea: A Guided Farm Experience

Slow down and reconnect with nature on a peaceful farm tour at Green Thumb Farm, nestled in the beautiful Samford Valley.

Join us every second Saturday afternoon for a 1-hour guided experience through our vibrant gardens. You’ll explore our five-bay compost system, learn about the vital role of native and honey bees in pollination, and discover a variety of regenerative growing techniques, including hugelkultur, raised beds, and in-ground gardens.

Our friendly guides will answer your questions and share practical tips you can use in your garden and your kitchen. Kids will love the interactive scavenger hunt designed to make learning fun as they explore.

Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to harvest your own fresh organic herbs and produce. Pay only for what you pick, and take home the tastiest ingredients straight from the source.

After the tour, unwind in our garden with a picnic mat and enjoy complimentary afternoon tea surrounded by flowers, butterflies, and birds. We serve a curated selection of locally grown, organic breads, pastries, seasonal fruits, coffee, and tea.
