Maple’s two stunning cottages, often referred to as “Maple of Edward ” and “Maple on Albert”, sit on their own private blocks, side by side, and are a bold statement in contemporary-meets-classic architecture.
Surrounded by the green rolling hills of its neighbouring countryside, the property has been designed specifically with families, groups and intimate retreats in mind, Maple Cottages features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, multiple living spaces, one kitchen and plentiful room for guests to spread out.

Set just one street back from the hustle and bustle of Berry’s eclectic shopping strip with its vibrant clusters of boutiques, cafes and restaurants, sits Maple on Edward.
For families with young children, Maple is a couple of minutes walk from Berry’s acclaimed Boongaree Rotary Nature Play Park, which is packed with nature and sensory fun to suit all ages and abilities. Maple is also just 10 minutes drive through lush, rolling green paddocks to the Pacific Ocean and the long stretches of sand on renowned Seven Mile Beach.
With four bedrooms comprising three King or one Queen five star beds dressed in Cultiver linens, their own ensuites featuring natural stone and custom vanities, televisions, wall mirrors and open-plan wardrobes. The Master Guest Room upstairs with dramatic pitched ceiling, ensuite with a freestanding bath and a daybed, the perfect spot to sit and unwind, step out onto the balcony to breathe in some fresh Berry air.
