The latest outlet from the Mary’s team – which also operates in four other Sydney locations – delivers the classic diner menu that Sydneysiders have come to love. The Mary’s burger and the buttermilk fried chicken both star on the menu, but there are also a range of vegan and vegetarian options as well as sides like mash with gravy and trashcan bacon.
When the sun’s shining, the outdoor tables are the perfect perch to watch life in the Entertainment Quarter unfold. As an added bonus, the eatery sits next to Liberty Hall, a live music venue that Mary’s founders Jake Smyth and Kenny Graham also own.
