Offering Mayan Luxe Villas House and 4 separate Villas, there are flexible accommodation options for couples, families, friends and groups. They are constructed using the sustainable building material, rammed earth and feature bespoke craftsmanship, recycled/milled timbers.
Mayan Luxe Villas House is located at the top of Mayan Farm offering expansive countryside views (sleeps 6 comfortably).
It comprises a central living/dining pavilion with a chef’s kitchen, QB/study and 2 separate self-contained KB villa suites with decks. One has an outdoor bathtub/shower with views. QB fold-out sofa in living area if required.
Mayan Luxe Villas House offers a plunge pool, 3 alfresco entertaining areas, woodfire pizza oven and outdoor BBQ firepit.
The four new Mayan Farm Villas – Karinya, Mia Mia, K’gari & Cooinda are located overlooking Kin Kin Creek at the bottom of Mayan Farm (each Villa sleeps 2 comfortably)
A living/dining space with a galley kitchen leads to an entertaining deck with firepit. QB fold-out sofa if required. A breezeway separates the KB bedroom with ensuite and outdoor bathtub. 2 Villas offer spas. 1 is disabled-friendly. Pets are subject to approval.

As a working farm, it houses a variety of livestock including droughtmaster cattle, quarterhorses, muscovy ducks and meat and layer chickens. All animals are free to roam the large paddocks, ensuring their health and wellbeing.
