You can choose from a large range of group-guided and self-guided adventures. All allow you opportunities to connect deeper with nature and improve your well-being, fitness and confidence. If you want a short adventure, they have day walks throughout South Australia and 3 hour night walks in the Adelaide Hills. Also, fully accessible Forest Bathing and Nature Therapy By the Ocean sessions to help you relax. Longer multi-day walks range from overnight getaways to multi-week walking tours around Australia and to international destinations.

In this fully supported adventure you walk end to end and pack-free along all five sections of the Kangaroo Island Wilderness Trail (KIWT). This is a walking tour on Karta Pintingga Country, however, this tour is more than just the trek. You’ll maximise your time on Kangaroo Island and experience so much more.
During your walk you have time to fully explore Admirals Arch, Remarkable Rocks and remote beaches on side trails. You will also have close up wildlife encounters in their natural environment. Plus, you have enough time on the Island for some fresh and authentic Kangaroo Island food and beverage experiences.
The accommodation too is adjacent the trail, so no long drives each day. Also single rooms and queen-sized bed are included, there’s no need to share with anyone else.
The tour starts and ends in the Adelaide CBD. With pickup points en-route to Cape Jervis possible.
