Olds Park in Penshurst unveils its major upgrade with a state-of-the-art skate park, designed to be a hub for both novice and experienced skaters. Overlooking this vibrant space is the “Knucker” Dragon Statue, a striking creation by renowned artist Dillon MacEwan. This sculpture is uniquely crafted from parts of skateboards and bicycles, along with metal salvaged from the original 1970s skate park ramps. It serves as a tribute to the park’s rich history while connecting with today’s skate and bike culture.
