This three-bedroom upstairs/downstairs townhouse is fully self-contained. This unit is the only three-bedroom unit in the complex, The unit has a full kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, full-sized fridge, and microwave, a separate lounge and dining area, two bathrooms with two toilets, one on each level and laundry with a washer and dryer.
The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom is on the ground level and has a double bed. The unit has a private balcony that overlooks Merimbula Lake and the ocean.
Merimbula’s Panoramic Townhouses are surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. The grounds also boast a large swimming pool and a great barbecue area at the rear of the complex. There is also one off-street car park per townhouse.
This unit also boasts a private, paved, fully fenced courtyard.
