The individual requests a pickup at their Sydney CBD Hotel, Apartment or Airport in mid-morning. They travel over the Harbour Bridge to the Freeway via Pacific Highway, which is around 45 minutes through the northern suburbs of Sydney. After leaving the Freeway, they travel through typical Australian countryside for 30 minutes before arriving at the country township of Cessnock, one of the main towns in the region of Hunter Valley. The Hunter Valley region is known for its wine, Mining, and people.
From this point on, they have a choice of 150 wineries in the area, which covers 29,145 square kilometres spread over the Hunter Valley and the Upper Hunter. Traveling from winery to winery takes around five to ten minutes, and there are no additional costs or fees. The only additional costs would be for lunch and wine or chocolate purchases.
Specific winery visits can be discussed on the way to Pokolbin, where the majority of the wineries are located. The individual will return to Sydney early evening.
