Nestled in the heart of the Mill precinct in Bowral, Southern Highlands, NSW, Millsheds is a boutique small-batch distillery and event space where Highlands charm meets handcrafted spirits. This working distillery is dedicated to producing high-quality small-batch vodka and gin, with whiskey quietly aging behind the scenes. Millsheds keeps things simple: exceptional spirits, memorable experiences, and genuine connections with the local community.
Millsheds was established with a mission to shake things up. It offers immersive, hands-on experiences that go far beyond the traditional tasting room. Visitors can enjoy Distillery Tours, Tasting Sessions, and Blending Classes — all with a unique twist. Guests are invited to explore native Australian botanicals, discover the art of distilling, and enjoy a guided tasting of five signature spirits.
