Located in the heart of the Mill precinct in Bowral, Southern Highlands, NSW – Millsheds is a boutique small-batch distillery and event space where Highlands charm meets handcrafted spirits. Their working distillery is all about the good stuff – small-batch vodka and gin (with whiskey aging behind the scenes). They like to keep things simple: great spirits, good times, and real connections with local community.
Millsheds was born to shake things up. They are all about creating fresh, hands-on experiences that go beyond your average tasting room. Think Distillery Tours, Tasting Sessions, and Blending Classes with a twist. Get your hands dirty with native Australian botanicals, learn the ins and outs of distilling, and sip your way through a guided tasting of five of their signature spirits. Whether you’re a seasoned spirit lover or just a little spirit-curious, they got something for everyone. They will share mixing tips, distilling secrets, and maybe even give you a sneak peek of what’s coming next.
Oh, did they mention they throw a great party?
The space is more than just a distillery — it’s an event venue with serious character. Industrial charm meets modern comfort, making it the perfect backdrop for milestone celebrations, creative corporate events, or just a good old-fashioned get-together. They got the space, the spirits, and the know-how to make your event one to remember.
