The Mitchelton Gallery of Aboriginal Art is the world’s largest commercial Aboriginal Art Gallery established by Adam Knight and Gerry Ryan OAM, both passionate about Indigenous Australian art.

The gallery offers a vibrant space for locals and visitors to experience the powerful expressions of Australia’s First Peoples. It exhibits pieces from over 15 art centers and communities across Australia, including their local Taungurung Clan. They are proud to contribute to the cultural heritage of their region by celebrating and honoring its history for both current and future generations.

Located on Taungurung Country, the gallery acknowledges the traditional custodians who have maintained their cultural practices and ceremonies for centuries. They respect their enduring culture and unique role in the region’s heritage.
