The Ridge Gloucester is a unique holiday destination perched on 100 acres with panoramic views of the Barrington and Gloucester River valleys.
Located just outside the town of Gloucester, The Ridge is your base to explore the world-heritage wilderness of the Barrington Tops National Park and the region’s renowned outdoor adventure activities.
The Ridge combines state-of-the-art sustainable design, off-grid solar power and absolute luxury. The house is in two pavilions with five bedrooms and three bathrooms comfortably accommodating 12 people. It is the ultimate eco-friendly rural getaway to share with family and friends.
The south pavilion has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, open-plan dining and lounge opening onto the main deck and one Queen and one Twin bedroom. The lounge has a large-screen television, Bluray DVD and surround sound.
The north pavilion includes a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a large bathroom with a luxurious bath featuring glorious views of the surrounding hills. A second Queen bedroom, a twin single bedroom, a shared bathroom and a family room with a television, DVD player and a double sofa bed complete this pavilion.
Enjoy the privacy of the lovely rural property and maybe have a bonfire in outdoor fire-pit on a starry night.

The Ridge Eco-Cabin: A Secret Place to Slow Down
The Ridge Eco-Cabin is a unique style of accommodation set high amongst the gum trees with panoramic views of the Barrington and Gloucester River valleys.
The fully self-contained one-bedroom Eco-cabin offers couples an up-close-to-nature experience providing privacy and comfort with touches of bespoke rustic luxury, surrounded by breathtaking scenery.
This Eco-Cabin incorporates energy-efficient design, solar power, water self-sufficiency and the use of sustainable and recycled building products.
The outdoor area includes two rustic benches and a has a fire-drum – don’t forget to bring marshmallows!
The Ridge Gloucester
With sleeping for up to twelve people and three beautifully appointed bathrooms the house is perfectly suited to accommodate groups of friends and/or families.
The modern fully equipped kitchen boasts a stainless steel island bench housing a gas cook-top, dishwasher and double sink.
For your entertainment, a 46-inch LCD flat screen television with surround sound speaker system, Bluray DVD and compact disc player are provided in the lounge room and a television and DVD/video player are provided in the family room.
To keep you cool in summer the house is provided with air-conditioning in the lounge, dining and kitchen areas with overhead fans in the bedrooms and family rooms and to keep you cosy in winter thermostat controlled underfloor heating is available right throughout the house.
