Mt Warning Rainforest Park is nestled at the foot of the World Heritage-listed Wollumbin National Park – Ngarakwal country. It is four kilometres north of the quaint town of Uki, 12.8 kilometres south of Murwillumbah and under an hour’s drive from the world-famous beaches of the Gold Coast and Byron Bay.
This is the perfect break from city life. The Park offers the chance to unwind, take a breath of fresh air, reconnect with nature, enjoy the sights and sounds of the abundant wildlife and babbling creek, all whilst enjoying a variety of accommodation options and the extra comforts of the park surrounds/facilities.
Choose from the Self-Contained Cabins (‘Eco’ & ‘Kookaburra’) or the Powered/Unpowered Caravan and Campsites.
Camp settled into the rainforest corridor or along Korrumbyn Creek, which stretches throughout the park. Boasting a large undercover communal kitchen/dining/living space and amenities in the wilderness camping area, as well as concrete slab sites in the main area with access to WiFi, a swimming pool and a stunning BBQ area.
The observant walker may see a variety of birds, mammals, amphibians, reptiles and insects such as fireflies and glowworms. Over 100 species of birds have been recorded in the area.
The Mt Warning Rainforest Park is a ‘unique and magical place’ for a weekend away, or your next family holiday.
