Receive space and serenity this Mother’s Day at a blissful Restorative Yoga and Sound Experience exploring themes of the womb, the heart and the divine feminine. With holistic intention, be guided to settle and soften into a supportive, nurturing yoga practice, complemented by the harmonic vibrations of crystal bowl sound-healing instruments to support profound inner calm.

This is your special invitation to spend time with you, rest, and connect more with your needs. Leave feeling peaceful, refreshed, and calm.

The event will be guided in gratitude by the founder of Flow and Food, Hatha Yoga Teacher and Ayurveda Health Advisor, Tracey Murray, together with experienced yoga and sound guide, Jess Lee.

Please bring your own yoga mat. Supportive props and blankets will be provided.

Calming tea will be served at the conclusion of the practice, and sharing is invited.
