Muse Restaurant is excited to announce a special Sunday long lunch in Newcastle, as the entire Muse team takes over the stunning Roundhouse Restaurant at the top of Crystalbrook Kingsley.
Maintaining its Good Food Guide two chef hats for over a decade, Muse brings its refined, produce-driven hospitality to the city for one day only. Chef/Owner Troy Rhoades-Brown will bring Muse’s signature style of refined, produce-driven hospitality to the city — showcasing hyper-local, seasonal ingredients grown in Troy’s own garden, alongside exceptional produce from some of New South Wales’ best small farmers and makers.
Guests can look forward to a four-course menu inspired by Troy’s garden and autumn’s seasonal abundance, paired with matching Hunter Valley wines or a thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic pairing.
