Formally the Globe Hotel 1849 and fully restored to its former glory. Located within the North-East wine region of Rutherglen, you and your furry friends are guaranteed personal attention.
This quaint cottage has two luxury suites, set on a corner block with tranquil gardens, and has an ambience, character and charm all of its own.
Included in the tariff is: Home-cooked breakfast which is a favourite with guests, Afternoon tea with a glass of Buller Muscat and Treats for the fur children.
The house is air-conditioned for your comfort. Dogs are welcomed within the house and the gardens are fully fenced with a summer heated pool. They love all sizes and breeds of dogs and any number welcomed.
They are walking distance from restaurants and the Main Street boutique shops and close to over 20 wineries.

Chandelier Suite
The Chandelier Suite is sophisticated and old-worldly.
It is fitted with 12 foot ceilings, velvet drapes, a beautiful Morano glass chandelier, quality leather couches, table and chairs, fridge, 50 inch television with DVD player and your own Espresso machine.
The bedroom has a queen bed, luxury bedding, velvet bathrobes, leading into your ensuite with a walk-in shower, including disabled rail and heated towel rail.
The suite has reverse cycle air conditioning, quality tiled floors, a secure, fenced garden, ideal for larger dogs, with shade trees, table and chairs.
Garden Suite
The Garden Suite has polished boards. The suite is comfortably decked out with a leather couch, fridge, table and chairs, quality teas, coffee and muscat, television and a large collection of DVDs.
The queen size Wenetex bed is excellent for asthma, arthritis, back problems and receives wonderful reviews. Futon single bed is available. Velour bathrobes are provided and a private ensuite.
The spacious bathroom has a large clawfoot bath and separat walk in shower with disabled rail, excellent lighting for makeup and shaving. Bubble bath, quality shampoo and conditioner are provided.
The shaded, secure garden is a real treat with table, chairs and bird feeder. Potted colourful plants complete this tranquil garden. A list of dog-friendly wineries and cafes nearby is available.

- A choice of wheelchair accessible accommodation rooms (Guest may wish to know if you have a choice of wheelchair accessible rooms, such as single room / studio apartment / apartment / cottage / quality / views, etc. Wheelchairs require a 1600mm x 2200mm width area to turn around and require step free access.).
- Enough space for a wheelchair to move around three sides of a double king sized bed (A pathway of 1200mm minimum width is required for wheelchair access).
