Shinglers Cottage is located in a rural setting on The Lakes Way, Mayers Flat, near Bulahdelah. It is a 15-minute drive to Seal Rocks beach or about 20 minutes to Blueys. Boomerang and Elizabeth beaches to the north.
It is not a working farm; however, their neighbour runs his cattle in their paddocks.
Situated within walking distance of Myall Lake, this comfortable cottage is available for rent to family groups and is ideal for a couple seeking a quiet and relaxing weekend.
Bordering Myall Lake National Park on the eastern boundary, the property is situated under the late afternoon shadow of Mount Chapman in the west. Cows and calves regularly graze the forty acres of grassland surrounding the house, and the cattle often drink from Shinglers Creek, which flows within 50 metres of the Cottage.
