Nail Can Hill offer a variety of trails suitable for bushwalking, running, and mountain biking. The hill is also known for hosting the Nail Can Hill Run, a popular 11.3-kilometre event that has been held annually since 1977.
The hill’s many scenic viewpoints make it an ideal spot to experience rare flora and fauna, and it is also home to the yearly Nail Can Hill Wildflower Walk, which started in 2011.
