Join a guided forest bathing walk through the rainforest and bushland alongside Kondalilla Falls and Picnic Creek.
Forest bathing draws on a sequence of evidence-based activities to support us to slow down, become more present and comfortable outside and explore or deepen your own relationship with nature. We’ll wander, share, sit and get to know the beings that call this place home in a group of up to 12 (ages 7+ welcome).
