Australia’s first-ever NBA House is coming to Melbourne this May, transforming the iconic The Timber Yard into a four-day immersive basketball and fan experience in celebration of the 2026 NBA Playoffs.
Headlined by two-time NBA All-Star Jaren Jackson Jr. and four-time NBA All-Star DeMarcus Cousins, NBA House Australia will deliver more than 6,000 square metres of interactive basketball, entertainment and pop culture experiences for fans of all ages.
Visitors can enjoy on-court basketball activities, live playoff viewing, musical performances by international and Australian artists and DJs, meet-and-greets with NBA stars, a three-on-three celebrity game, streetwear showcases, photo opportunities with the Larry O’Brien Trophy, and appearances from the Sacramento Kings’ mascot Slamson, Kings Dancers and dunk team.
Held in cities around the world including Brazil, Canada, China, France, India, Mexico, the United States and the United Kingdom, NBA House Australia marks the first time the global fan experience has landed in Australia.
