They’ll teach you the basics and leave you feeling like an expert. Learn Frequently used wine terms, develop your own palate and vocabulary whilst tasting some of Australia’s highest awarded wines.
Sidewood Cellar Door – The Art of Sabrage Masterclass
Learn the art of Sabrage, the traditional technique of opening a bottle of sparkling using a sword. They’ll walk you through their range of Adelaide Hills produced sparkling wines, then kick back, relax and enjoy the bottle you opened.
