Held in July, at the expansive Lismore Showground, this family-friendly festival transforms the region into a bustling Mediterranean piazza, inviting locals and visitors alike to immerse themselves in an authentic Italian atmosphere.
The festival is a sensory feast, headlined by a spectacular array of authentic culinary delights. From wood-fired pizzas and artisanal pasta to delicate cannoli and robust espresso, the flavours of Italy are served with passion by local producers and guest chefs. Between bites, wander through the “Piazza” to discover a curated selection of Italian machinery, featuring classic Fiats, Alfa Romeos, and iconic Vespas that showcase Italy’s legendary design heritage.
The air remains electric with the sounds of live music, ranging from traditional folk songs to contemporary Italian hits. Guests can join in the spirited tarantella or enjoy innovative storytelling that weaves local history into the day’s cultural fabric. For families, the dedicated children’s activities and workshops ensure there is something for every age to enjoy.
Whether you are a lover of fine food, a motoring enthusiast, or simply seeking a day of joyful connection, LisAmore! offers a unique opportunity to celebrate the enduring bonds of friendship. Join us for a day of passion, heritage, and “la dolce vita” in Lismore.
