Nioka Steakhouse, conveniently located on the Honeysuckle boardwalk, provides a premium dining experience with spectacular views of Newcastle Harbour. Its waterfront setting with relaxed, yet refined ambience sets the tone for a memorable occasion.
With a farm-to-table approach, the steakhouse serves Black Angus beef from their Nioka Farm located in the foothills of the Barrington Ranges. The menu offers a range of cuts, including dry-aged and wet-aged Angus and Wagyu from Australia and Japan.
Beyond steak, the comprehensive menu includes small plates, seafood, vegetarian and garden items, and desserts, incorporating premium Hunter produce all complemented by a curated beverage list that features wine from the Hunter Valley and iconic regions in Australia and abroad, craft beer, cocktails and whiskies.
For bookings of 10 or more, there are several banquet menus to choose from, all featuring Nioka beef with a selection of other dishes. The private dining room seats up to 14 guests and has stunning views of Nobby’s Head. The main dining area can seat up to 70 guests while the bar and outdoor seating are perfect for drinks or casual cocktail-style events for larger groups.
