Wanderers Retreat is a very special place. It is situated on 1.6 hectares of tranquil rainforest located just a short walk to the magnificent One Mile Beach at Port Stephens. There are three other beaches nearby.
They have the perfect location for a weekend away or a relaxing holiday to escape the city’s fast pace.
They have tried to balance the environment’s requirements with the luxury and amenities that will make your holiday one to remember.
Their guests can choose from treehouse studio style for couples, two-bedroom cottages with and without hot-tubs or the four-bedroom Beach House .

Treehouses and Eco Cottages
All our accomodation is set in a beautiful bushland, where guests wake up to the sound of birds.
The couples-only tree houses are equipped with a private double spa, air conditioning, undercover parking and private use of Weber Family Q BBQ.
The 2-bedroom eco cottages cater to 4 to 5 people and are fully equipped with modern facilities and a private verandah with BBQ. Some of them also include outdoor hot tubs to fully relax.
You might get a visit from some of the many types of wildlife here, koala, possum, echidna, birds etc.
