Escape the city and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of North Stradbroke Island (Minjerribah) on this relaxed, small-group nature experience. Designed for travellers who want to slow down and connect with nature, this full-day tour explores one of Queensland’s most stunning island destinations.

After pick-up, we travel to Cleveland and enjoy a scenic 45-minute ferry crossing of Moreton Bay, with opportunities to spot seabirds and marine life along the way.

The first stop is Myora Springs, where freshwater meets saltwater in a peaceful setting of paperbark forest and mangroves.

You then continue to Point Lookout to walk the famous North Gorge Walk, an easy clifftop circuit with spectacular ocean views. From June to October, humpback whales can often be seen migrating close to shore, while dolphins, turtles, rays, seabirds, and Eastern Grey Kangaroos are frequently spotted year-round.

After a relaxed lunch at Point Lookout, visit Amity Point for a gentle stroll beneath coastal gums, keeping an eye out for koalas.

The final stop is Brown Lake, a tea tree–stained freshwater lake ideal for a swim or afternoon tea.

You’ll return with stunning photos, meaningful wildlife encounters, and lasting memories from a truly unhurried island experience.

Majestic trees, wallabies, and a variety of birdlife are highlights of the Maiala Rainforest Tour. The island enjoys spectacular ocean views and has a rich history. It is home to many talented artists.

Brisbane Nature Tours offers the Mount Glorious to Mount Mee Car Tour, featuring short, easy walks to lookouts, making it accessible for less mobile nature lovers.
