Oceans Mooloolaba offers two, three and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses all in similar styling, colour schemes and interior design, yet have uniquely individual layouts to emphasise each apartment’s changing light and seamless ocean views. Furnishings are contemporary in a predominantly neutral palette with natural finishes such as stone, timber, marble and glass creating a feeling of sophisticated but understated luxury.
They are all designed to make your stay comfortable, easy and relaxing in a level of luxury not previously seen on the Sunshine Coast.
Facilities include a heated 25-metre swimming pool and spa, gymnasium and steam room as well as a Theatrette. Within easy walking distance of Oceans is the patrolled area of one of the best beaches you’ll ever experience. Similarly, you’ll find many alfresco eateries and coffee shops together with a range of boutique fashion shops, galleries as well as Sealife Mooloolaba, with Australia Zoo close by.
Oceans provides a daily maid service too… and the most friendly staff on the Sunshine Coast. Mooloolaba’s relaxed family atmosphere has long been a popular holiday destination for nearby Queenslanders and it is now emerging as the “must visit” destination for the rest of Australia and the world.

3 Bedroom Superior
Three Bedroom Superior suites are all fully self-contained with super-spacious living and kitchen areas with 42 inch Plasma screen television in lounge with DVD and Ipod dock with surround sound system. These suites have prime position on levels seven, eight and nine with sweeping 180 degree views over the water and along the coastline. Superior suites have a bedding configuration of a king, queen and two singles. Master bedrooms will contain ensuite bathrooms with freestanding spa, heated towel rails, walk-in robes with safes and LCD televisions. Cable television, daily maid service and open plan kitchen dining and lounge area leading out to large balconies.
3 Bedroom Deluxe
Three Bedroom Deluxe suites are all fully self-contained with super-spacious living and kitchen areas with 42 inch Plasma televisions, DVD and Ipod dock wired into the surround sound system. These suites have prime position on levels seven, eight and nine with sweeping 180 degree views over the water and along the coastline. Deluxe suites have a third bathroom and media room with extra LCD television and have a layout of a king, queen and two singles. Master bedrooms contain ensuite bathrooms with freestanding spa baths, heated towel rails, walk-in robes with safes and LCD televisions. Separate room controlled air- conditioning, cable television and large balconies and daily maid service.
