OrbisWines is a small, award-winning, estate vineyard and winery producing minimal intervention wines with low sulphur additions.
Their grapes are farmed organically and bio-dynamically, and operate 100% off-grid by using solar power. They practise regenerative viticulture and graze their flock of Babydoll sheep year-round under the vines, eliminating the need for pesticides and herbicides.
Besides their 50-year-old Shiraz and Tempranillo vines, we focus on alternative/Mediterranean varietals such as Fiano, Albarino, Trousseau, Nero d’Avola, Montepulciano, Cinsault, Grenache and soon Garganega!
