Delatite Winery is renowned for its exceptional wines and the stunning views from its vineyard, as well as its newly built, architect-designed cellar door, restaurant, and terrace. As the grapes begin to bud and swell in Spring or the leaves turn russet in Autumn, pull up a chair and learn to paint with gouache while drinking in the panorama of High Country.

You will learn about using gouache in a painterly manner, palette layout, composition, and colour mixing. You will set up to paint the views, with your painting kit for the day, and individual instruction from Wendy Jagger, an experienced artist and art educator.

After creating your masterpieces on high-quality A4 watercolour paper and admiring everyone’s work, you will enjoy a delicious two-course lunch in the stylish restaurant, accompanied by a glass of Delatite wine, while taking in the stunning views you’ve just painted.
