Paper Scissors Rock Brew Co is an exciting Grampians-based independent craft brewery located in the town centre of Halls Gap, with a kitchen menu and regular live music and events.
Beer is brewed fresh on-site. Their core beers are available all year round unless they have a guest tap or a one-off keg promotion. Other taps rotate seasonally to keep things fresh – an excuse to visit at any time of the year.
The seasonal street-food inspired fusion menu from the kitchen will come out fast and light up your taste buds. Each dish is chef created and designed to match up perfectly with their beer and local wine.
