Peggy’s Sandwich Servery bakes fresh, made-to-order sandwiches in the heart of Fremantle.
Peggy’s is located in the heritage-listed Imperial Chambers building on Fremantle’s Market Street complete with exposed bricks, big windows and heavily stained jarrah floorboards
Named after the owner’s daughter, Peggy’s is slinging cool remixes of classic sandwiches including Conti rolls, chicken-Schnitty subs and sausage and egg muffins.
One of the crowd’s favourites is the Parm-fried panko crumbed eggplant, spicy mayo, spicy sugo, lettuce, onion and parmigiano on freshly in-house focaccia baked daily.
