Penobscot Farm supplies the Watervale Hotel with fruit, vegetables, seeds, leaves, berries, and nuts that are enhanced and enriched by South Australian 2022 Chef of the Year Nicola Palmer and her team of international chefs. Penobscot Farm is the hero behind the award-winning Watervale Hotel’s menus.
Penobscot Farm offers a Farm Tour at 4 pm daily preceded and followed by a Six Course Degustation at Penobscot Restaurant, seated at the Chefs Table at the Watervale Hotel (12 noon and 6pm), matched to Clare Valley wine, gin or Mocktails. The mocktails feature Penobscot Farm juices, syrups and garnishes.
The Shearing Shed can be utilised for wedding receptions and other events.
