The Perth Hills Discovery Centre in Beelu National Park is operated by Nearer to Nature, and located only 40 minutes’ drive from Perth on Allen Road and 6 kilometres from Mundaring.
Set within the Beelu National Park, the campground is nestled amongst the forest.
The small campground at the Perth Hills Discovery Centre close to Mundaring Weir that is open for public camping Friday to Sunday nights and Western Australia public school holidays.
Bookings are essential and can be made up to 180 days (approximately six months) before arrival and for one campsite only.
There are twelve wood chip surface campsites that are suitable for freestanding tents and swags only and all campsites are unpowered.
All campsites have access to a firepit and picnic table. Campsites that are very close to one another, share the use of a firepit and picnic table.
Drinking water, flush toilets and hot water showers are available.
Sheltered food preparation area with gas barbecue, fridge and dishwashing sink with hot water.
