The West Coast is a land of contrasts—home to World Heritage-listed wilderness, ancient rainforests, wild rivers, and windswept shores. Here, towering waterfalls cascade through moss-covered forests, tannin-stained rivers carve through deep valleys, and giant sand dunes shift with the wind. This is Tasmania at its wildest.

Over several days, we’ll explore the untamed landscapes of the West Coast, capturing scenes that echo the ancient Gondwana past. From old mining relics to lush, mossy forests teeming with fungi and unique flora, you’ll have the opportunity to refine your skills in some of Tasmania’s most photogenic locations. Based in the heart of Queenstown, our days will be spent out in the field, chasing light, mood and perfecting composition. In the evenings, we’ll return for hearty meals and with a bit of luck, we’ll have clear skies for astrophotography.
