Parkrun is a free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it’s up to you!
Held every Saturday at 8:00am (briefing starts at 7:55am). Event takes place at the Picton Botanic Gardens Bike Track (just behind the Picton Bowling Club). Parking is available via Cliffe Street. Open to all ages and abilities, prams and dogs are also welcome! Their course is pram and dog friendly and is quite flat with a few small inclines to navigate. The event is run by volunteers.
You will need to register before you first come along. Only ever register with parkrun once and don’t forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode. If you forget it, you won’t get a time. Registration is easy – just visit the parkrun website.
