Discover what makes excellent wines by dining in the vineyard with our viticulturist, learning about wine descriptions from our sommelier, and working out the best food/wine pairing with chef-led discussions. Starting at 5 pm, this is a journey of discovery in a country manor, famous parliamentary table, and roaring fires. Included is a 3-course dinner.

POETs Progressive Dinner — board a jeep and journey out through the vineyard and around the winery, finishing in the barrel room for intimate tastings and stories.
Vine + Dine Journey — a relaxed vineyard walk and talk, followed by a winery sommelier discussion and a seasonal lunch that highlights provenance and pairings.
Fireside Tapas & Museum Wines — cosy shared plates by the fire paired with rare museum bottles and cellar treasures.
