Located above the P&V natural wine store on Oxford Street in Paddington, Porcine is a Parisian-style bistro with an award-winning, modern French menu by chefs Nik Hill, Harry Levy and Matt Fitzgerald. These days, Harry and Matt run the floor and all things wine.

The seasonal menu changes daily and has a nose-to-tail ethos, with favourite dishes including the Pâté en croute, Spanner Crab “Bearnaise aux Gaufres”, Garlic Mussels on Toast and “Saucisse Tarte Tatin” Onion Confit, Tarragon Mustard, as well as the ever-classic “Creme Caramel Vin Juane.”

Porcine also do the very old school classic “canard à la presse” which involves the carving, crushing and making of a sauce with the juice of the duck, all done tableside.

The wine list is full of French, Australian and Italian varieties, ranging from natural to conventional styles. With a large selection of Aperitifs, Digestives, as well as non/alcohol selections.
