This boutique tour is a truly five-star experience. The hour-long flight into the Hunter Valley begins over Sydney Harbour; it then passes over Middle Harbour, the Northern Beaches, Pittwater, the Hawkesbury River Region and the Central Coast of New South Wales, offering some fantastic photo opportunities throughout.
