Their Tasting Room specializes in gin flights, where you can build-your-own Gin and Tonic with a range of spirits, interactive garnishes and mixers to create your own flavour combinations. With extensive behind-the-scenes knowledge of spirit creation, we deliver an educational experience. Guests can learn as much as they desire about gin history, the process of production, botanicals, flavour profiles, garnishing, cocktail creation and how best to enjoy this incredible spirit.
