Proof was established in 2013 after being awarded Adelaide’s first small-venue license.
The team at Proof has always been driven by the experience of their guests – from the greeting at the door to the final farewell, as well as the search for wines of interest both locally and internationally. Their cocktail ethos embraces innovative drinks enjoyed alongside the classics.
Located in Anster Street (the laneway behind Press* Food & Wine). Join them at the bar, or head upstairs for table service at the booths or outdoor terrace.
Proof is also perfect for your next event. Whether professional or private, Proof offers an exclusive space upstairs. You’ll have your own bar area and outdoor space. Drinks can be enjoyed on consumption or a package per person can be arranged.
