The Prospect Hotel & Cellars is a vibrant new addition to Adelaide’s inner north, offering a sophisticated yet welcoming venue that combines the charm of a modern pub with the elegance of a brasserie and boutique wine cellar. Located at 85 Prospect Road, Prospect, this establishment marks a significant milestone as the first dedicated pub on this historic strip.

Opened in early 2025, the Prospect Hotel & Cellars is the brainchild of local hospitality veterans Marc Huber (Mismatch Brewing Co.), Josh Voigt, and Dale Wostikow (Bowden Cellars, Adelaide Wine Markets) . The vision was to create a community-centric venue that offers both classic and refined dining options. The menu features elevated pub fare, including dishes like Wagyu beef burgers, salt and pepper squid, and plant-based schnitzels, catering to a variety of dietary preferences .

The venue boasts a main bar, dining room, function space, and an alfresco area, accommodating up to 220 patrons . Its design blends earthy tones with modern aesthetics, creating a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere . The adjoining Prospect Cellars offers a curated selection of boutique South Australian wines, premium Australian labels, and standout international drops, along with craft beers, quality spirits, and refreshing seltzers .
