Every Saturday and Sunday, join a relaxing, beginner-friendly yoga session while playful puppies roam the room, cuddle up, and lift your mood. Each 60-minute class combines mindfulness, gentle movement, and therapeutic puppy interaction – designed to leave you smiling, grounded, and just a little covered in fluff.
Held in their clean, calming Erindale studio, Eastside Yoga & Pilates, these sessions also support animal welfare by helping puppies socialise in a safe environment before finding their forever homes. Whether you’re a dog lover, yoga newbie, or just want to unwind in a unique way, this is for you.
Come along, wear comfy clothes, and prepare to stretch, breathe, and connect – with yourself and some adorable puppies.
