Perth, meet your new obsession – Puppy Yoga has arrived.

Yoga Paws is now running weekly sessions in Inglewood and Northbridge every Saturday and Sunday, bringing a feel-good mix of gentle movement, mindfulness, and playful puppy interaction to Western Australia. This isn’t just content for your camera roll – it’s a way to connect, unwind, and support the healthy socialisation of rescue puppies and pups from ethical breeders.

Each class runs for 60 minutes and is beginner-friendly. Whether you want to stretch or just want to lie on a mat while a puppy climbs into your lap, there’s no pressure to perform. Come for the yoga, stay for the snuggles, and leave feeling lighter and happier.

They work with rescue groups and ethical breeders to ensure every pup is safe, relaxed and supported – and many even meet their future humans during class.

Yoga Paws has sold out sessions in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney – now it’s Perth’s turn. Their events run every Saturday and Sunday, with more to come as demand grows.

Come solo, bring a friend or make it a date – your weekend just got a lot fluffier.
