This Quarryman’s has been a Pyrmont favourite for more than 100 years. Today, it’s a thoroughly modern drinking and dining spot, specialising in craft beer, cocktails and pub classics.

The main bar downstairs is an industrial-chic space with white walls, exposed metal pipes and wooden floorboards. You’ll find up to 34 beers on tap with an ever-changing line-up that focuses on local, independent breweries. Upstairs, the breezy Palm Springs-inspired rooftop is perfect for afternoon cocktails, sunset spritzes and late night tunes from the DJ booth. There are views into the CBD and a surrounding canvas of heritage brick buildings cocooning you from the street below.

On the menu, expect favourites like steak, schnitzel, fish and chips, and burgers, as well as some international flavours like tacos, chana masala and eggplant burrata.
