Perched on the edge of the beautiful Woronora Valley in southern Sydney, The Sanctuary is a boutique property offering day spa treatments, signature wellness programs and multi-day retreats. As well as spacious bedrooms and three stories of open-plan living, there’s an indoor/outdoor yoga shala, saltwater solar-heated pool, hammocks, sauna, organic vegetable garden and lush lawns.
You can book into The Sanctuary year-round as a single, couple or with a group of friends for their signature retreat program. The program lasts from one to seven days, and includes accommodation, healthy vegetarian or vegan meals, ayurvedic teas, daily yoga, and meditation. The Sanctuary also runs regular scheduled retreat programs, focused on women’s health, emotional well-being and more.
