With a focus on slow cooked, authentic Southern Barbeque cuisine, meats are traditionally smoked for up to 12 hours using native Australian hardwoods in giant, custom-built, Texas offset steel pits.
Ethically sourced, organic meats and produce and a bar committed to supporting fine local wines and Victorian craft beers. Traditional Southern-style, music will get you ready to roll up your sleeves for some finger-licking, toe-tapping, good times.
