Craft distillery, bar and restaurant Reed and Co Distillery was established in 2016 by hatted-chefs-turned-distillers Hamish Nugent and Rachel Reed.

Reed and Co’s philosophy is inspired by the beautiful natural landscape of their home in Victoria’s High Country, and the flavours of North East Victoria are carried through everything they do.

This started with their flagship Remedy Australian Bush Dry Gin – an ode to their hometown – and continues now with their range of award-winning gins, ready-to-drink canned cocktails, Australian shochu, liqueurs and alternative spirits.

Visit the Reed and Co cocktail bar or Spirit Lab tasting room to enjoy a curated spirit tastings, try their signature cocktails with bar snacks, or to purchase a bottle or two to take a bit of the High Country home with you.

Or treat yourself to an immersive dining experience at Koji Bird Restaurant by Reed and Co, and discover one of the best dinner restaurants in Bright.

Koji Bird is a casual Izakaya-style restaurant, featuring Japanese-inspired woodfire-grilled meals alongside handcrafted spirits and cocktails.

Recognition from the industry has seen Reed and Co and Koji Bird Restaurant featured in Good Food, Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, Broadsheet, AFR, Delicious, Qantas Magazine and Washington Post – just to name a few.
