The award-winning dégustation restaurant is a heritage rotunda with a fresh contemporary interior, spectacular garden and pond views, located within the beautiful Adelaide Botanic Gardens in Kaurna Country, South Australia.

The enchanting restaurant boasts a modern Australian cuisine with an ever-changing seasonal menu that is well balanced, innovative and features ethically farmed and sustainable Australian produce.

In an effort to minimise food wastage, the restaurant follows a “garden to plate” philosophy. The fresh vegetables and herbs are harvested daily from the nearby 51-hectare Adelaide Botanic Garden kitchen garden.
