Riviera Bar and Grill Tamworth is a celebration of Mediterranean cuisine, offering a menu of the finest Italian, Spanish and French dishes beautifully presented by the Executive Chefs.
Using only the freshest produce, sourced locally or grown onsite where possible, they strive to bring you an experience that pays homage to classic dishes whilst creating a modern and unique touch. The pizza dough is made daily and then rested for 24 hours because good things come to those who wait. The dough is worked into a light, thin base and baked with imported Italian ingredients – the only way it should be. At Riviera Bar and Grill they are dedicated to the craft of making fresh authentic pasta.
The pasta is handmade and extruded the original Italian way. They are proud to prove the two-time winner of the ‘world’s best steak’ Jack’s Creek. Locally produced, Jack’s Creek at Willow Tree offers the highest quality grain-fed produced beef in the world.
