Welcome to Robertson Truffles, a Black Perigord truffle farm located in the beautiful NSW Southern Highlands. Established over 15 years ago, it was one of the first operating and producing truffle farms in Australia.
The town of Robertson is noted for its distinctive red volcanic basalt soil, known as ‘Robertson soil’. The combination of this unique soil, good rainfall, and cool winters with frosts—along with careful ground preparation—makes it ideal for growing truffles.
During the harvest season between June and August, visitors are welcome to join a truffle hunt tour on the property.
In the meantime, for sales enquiries, please email Robertson Truffles.
